The space Rão Kyao so calls Porto Alto is beyond the physical territory, birth of nation and culture, a place -mythic, inspiring of voyages and dreams, sounds and extremely distinct words, inhabited by a people who grew as branches on a tree, well rooted in the land, the same land where the bread, olive oil and wine is planted and shared as the origin of our culture.

The route of this voyage is born with the acceptance of the differences, the research of common ground.

The flutes’ sound, crosses plains, rides through mountains, welcomes several stimulus where one recognises distant places, Gipsy, Arabic and Andalusian music, mingled with their Portuguese origins.

Here, in this Portugal from Porto Alto, one feels the love and joy, the pain and yet the passion and the work produced by the bread, olive oil and the wine where this singular culture was born and supported within its diversity.
